A. We may ask for a deposit during our e-mail reservation confirmation process. Q. Can you accommodate
'Walk-Up' customers, or must all reservations be
made in advance?

Q. Are the vans air conditioned?
A. All vans for BERNARDS tours are air conditioned. Q. Are the buses equipped to handle handicap people with walkers or wheelchairs? A. Yes. We are equipped to handle walkers/wheelchairs but not able to accommodate scooters. Q. Are the vans equipped to hold a baby car seat? A. Yes. We are equipped to hold a baby car seat but it is not by law to do so. Q. Will we be picked up/dropped off at the same location? A. Yes. The meeting place is about a three minute walk from the ship, located inside the yellow building at the information desk.
