Saint Martin is a tiny island nestled in the northern part of the Caribbean with two distinctive governments – French and Dutch. This tour starts on the Dutch side of the island and ends on the majestic French side. It guarantees an extraordinary journey on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Imagine touring through some of the most exotic spots in Saint Martin. Tour one takes you to an Iguana Farm to play with and feed these exotic tropical playmates, a brief stop at Oyster Pond and Orient Hill top a well-known area for a perfect panoramic view of the ocean and surrounding areas, a stop at the local museum to learn briefly about the rich cultural heritage of the Dutch and the French. 09:30 AM - pick up at the cruise pier

We welcome you on the Cruise Information Center. We will provide you or your members to check in before you board on one of our air-conditioned vehicles. We ask that you bring your credit card or cash to pay the remaining amount. Once all passengers have arrived, we will welcome you in one of our air-conditioned vehicles and start your wonderful adventure on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten/ St Martin!

The Iguana Farm

Be the first to tell your family and friends about the Iguana Farm. At the Iguana Farm, you will have the opportunity to feed, touch and take pictures with the iguanas. This part of the tour is limited due to hurricane Irma. 10 – 20 minutes

The French and Dutch border

The island of St Maarten / Saint Martin consists of two nationalities, the Dutch and the French side. This will be a moment to experience our island’s monument. Please feel free to take pictures of this historical moment.

Brief stop at Oyster Pond

Unwind and feel the nice calm cool breeze, the exceptional view of the ocean and the island in the distant 5-10 Minutes.

Photo opportunity at Orient hilltop

We will bring the point where you have a great view of St. Maarten. The town in the foreground and in the background a bright blue sea and in the distance the shadows of other islands. During this stop, you will be able to capture this amazing view.

Marigot - open market (French capital)

Do you like shopping? The Marigot Market offers a selection of local fresh food pastries, meat, vegetables, fruits, fresh fish, traditional restaurants and local vendors. Also, you can buy clothes. The Marigot market is very popular among the tourists. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view while doing what you love best. Limited option due to hurricane Irma 45 Minutes

Maho Beach

Are you looking for excitement? Never stood behind the engines of a plane? Maho Beach has it all and is known as a true trendsetter! Aircraft flying so low that you can almost touch. This is where St. Martin is known for. Get out and let you blow by a Boeing 747!

Drive through Simpson Bay marina

Experience a marvelous view of what Simpsonbay Marina has to offer, from luxurious Yachts, residential distinctive restaurants and breathtaking villa’s.

Harold Jack Hill

Take the time to view our island from above, look at mother nature from a different perspective and enjoy the ocean view hills and beautiful island atmosphere. If you look closely you can see our neighboring island.

Return to the pick up location

Each tour comes to an end. We will bring you back to your location ahead of time where you are picked up. If you have come up with a cruise ship than we make sure that we’re back on time at your ship.

  • All tours depart from the Cruise Information Center. If you have a different pickup location please let us know. We will pick you up at the location that you provide to us.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Note: this tour is for cruise ship passengers only It is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen
  • Minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years
  • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
  • Note: tour departure time is based on local island time, not cruise ship time 

IMPORTANT: You are required to go on the tour assigned to your ship based on its arrival time. You CANNOT reserve a tour that departs at a later time than the one assigned to you. If you enter information incorrectly or show for a later tour this will result in a missed tour and cancellation and a refund will not be issued. Please ensure you enter the arrival time FOR YOUR SHIP and not the time you would like to be picked up if you are reserving a group tour.

Upon return to Philipsburg, transfer back to the ship will be provided free of charge, or you may choose to remain in Philipsburg to shop or sightsee at your own leisure. Walking back to the ship takes between 12 and 15 minutes, or a taxi may take you for approximately $3.
