Payments & reservations


We accept MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards for payments. We do not accept AMEX nor Discovery cards. You have the option to either make a deposit or pay the full amount at the time of reservation. The remaining balance, if any, will be due before the tour starts. On the day of the tour, we accept both cash (US Dollars and Euros) and credit cards. If you prefer to make a full payment in advance, you can also do so via PayPal at bernard1332002@yahoo.com.

Children less than 4 years old pay half price. Children and older pay full price. Parents with car-seats & booster seats pay full prices. Car seats and boosters are available at extra costs. Please request the car/booster seat when making your reservations.
For online reservation, we accept USD. When at port, we accept Euros and US Dollars if you need to pay any balance before the tour begins.
Yes, a deposit is required. It is typically about 20% of the tour cost, plus any processing fees. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of reservation. The total cost will depend on the specific tour and options you select.
We accept walk-up customers, but only if there is availability on the requested tour. To increase your chances of securing a spot on a tour, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance.

Yes, cruise ship passengers typically have sufficient time to explore both the Dutch and French sides of the island.
Yes, refreshments are provided, although the specifics depend on the tour selected. Detailed information regarding refreshments can be found within each tour's description.
Cruise ships typically arrive and depart like time itself! However, on the rare occasions when a ship arrives late, we adjust our tours accordingly to ensure your day remains enjoyable and stress-free. A significantly delayed arrival might necessitate reducing the number of stops, the variety of sites visited, and the duration of each stop, though such instances are exceedingly uncommon.
If you are traveling with children, please be advised, Orient Beach has full nudity on the Club Orient part of the beach. Partial nudity may occur on the rest of the beach.
We are able to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters only on our private tours.
Yes, our tours include several stops with restroom facilities.
For guests staying on the island, pickup times should be arranged separately, to make sure you arrive on time at the tour departure point.

We offer tours in English, French, and German. To ensure that your tour is conducted in your preferred language, please contact us in advance!
Yes. For cruise ship passengers, the meeting point is approximately a 4-minute walk from the ship. This location is known as the EDC parking lot. For guests staying on the island, our customer service representative will coordinate with you to schedule your pickup time.
Yes. We have had no instances of theft in the last fifteen years. Our drivers are trustworthy and carefully chosen.

Yes, a variety of restaurants with varying cuisines are available.
Most beachside restaurants accept credit cards, which may lead to higher dining costs for customers from countries where the exchange rate is less favorable to the Euro. Please be mindful of all prices and exchange rates.
There are no water sports available at Grand Case Beach. However, you can rent various water sports equipment at Orient Bay, including jet skis, parasailing gear, etc.
